The Problem

Spot On Cleaners was experiencing poor service from their existing IT provider with no direct contact and no accountability. Communication was limited to voicemails with little or no follow up which created ongoing frustration and slowed the business down.

At the same time the company relied on Dropbox for document storage which lacked structure, control and the level of data security required as the business continued to grow. This resulted in inefficiencies in how teams accessed shared information and collaborated day to day.


What We Did

Domicilium engaged directly with the Managing Director to understand how the business operated and where the challenges were. Based on this we designed and delivered a solution that improved both collaboration and control.

We deployed NextCloud with Collabora Office providing secure document sharing structured file management and real time collaboration across the business. All data was hosted locally within the Isle of Man ensuring full control and enhanced security.

To strengthen the overall environment, we implemented endpoint protection across all devices and deployed a private mail server to securely manage email.

The rollout was carefully phased to ensure a smooth transition with client installation, configuration and full synchronisation completed without disruption to the business.
